Why Get Lip Blushing?
Today, in the world of beauty, we have reached a point where we want to have a no-makeup look. Women don’t want their faces to look filled with cosmetics. Whatever trending makeup looks you see these days are all somewhere near to going for a natural or no makeup look.
However, lipstick is something that can highlight your lips and ruin your no-makeup look. And the answer to this problem?
Lip blushing is a semi-permanent lip treatment in which you can get your lips filled with any colour to get a natural-looking lip. It is a technique done by depositing colour into the lips to enhance your lip colour, restore definition, as well as create collagen which can plump the lips.
At Colby Lee Beauty, we provide this treatment to enhance your lip colour and restore lip definition. Lip blushing treatment is not only for those wanting a natural look but also for those whose lips are discoloured or have lost colour due to age, sun damage, or other factors.
What Is Lip Blushing?
Lip blushing is a cosmetic treatment that allows you to achieve a perfect lip colour and shape. It can create the illusion of fuller lips by implanting color in areas that may be less pigmented naturally or have lost color as a result of fillers and/or aging. Subtle or bright colours can be used to achieve your desired look. Lip blushing is also called lip tattooing, even though it is not permanent.
What Happens During The Lip Blushing Treatment?
Lip blushing treatment begins with you picking up a colour pigment. Our technician will guide you and inform you about the process prior to the treatment.
- Firstly, we will draw the desired shape
- Our technician will use a tiny needle to implant the colour into the lips.
- Aftercare is discussed and an aftercare balm is given to the client to take home
The whole lip blushing procedure takes about 1.5 hours from start to finish. Once done, your lips might get red and swollen. You can apply an ice pack to reduce the swelling. It will take 4 to 6 weeks to heal. During the first week of the healing period, you must avoid going swimming and doing intense workouts or training.
